Booking Policy
To reserve catering services, we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. For larger events, 2 weeks or more is preferred.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event date. We accept payments via credit card, Zelle, or cash.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus a small service fee. Cancellations made within 4 days of the event are non-refundable.
Dietary Preferences & Allergies
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery fees may apply based on location. If setup is requested, please ensure table space is available upon our arrival.
