Service Agreement
By placing an order or booking catering services with Mita’s Kitchen, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Menus and Substitutions
Menus are based on seasonal availability. In rare cases, substitutions may be made, but we will always notify you and provide options.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, location, and number of guests. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
Liability
Mita’s Kitchen is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or illnesses resulting from misuse of food once it has been delivered or served.
Copyright
All content, branding, and materials created by Mita’s Kitchen remain the property of the business and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Right to Refuse Service
Mita’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, unsafe environments, or non-payment.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you agree to the updated terms.
